Cooking masala's Immune Boosting Recipes

                 
 
GOLDEN MILK
Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 2 minutes  Makes  4 Cups. Cup size 170 ml.

INGREDIENTS:
§   2 Cups of milk, Vegan option Soya Milk, Rice Milk and Almonds milk or even water is also ok.
§  2 Tsp of honey
§  1 Tsp of turmeric powder. ( Better use powder instead of fresh root)
§  1/2  tsp of Black Pepper, 1/2 Tsp of cinnamon powder,1/2 tsp of ginger powder ( In case no ginger powder use fresh ginger)
§  1 bowl of dried nuts ( cashew, resins, almonds , walnuts)
METHOD:
1.       Boil milk  and add all powder ingredients.
2.      Add all dried nuts.
3.      Cook for two minutes.
4.      cool down bit and add honey and drink it by sip.
Better Drink it in Night before going to bed.

AYURVEDIC KHICHDI (PORRIDGE)

Preparation time: 25 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes  Makes  4 people
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of moong ( Green) Dal
1 cup of rice
9 cups of water
Chopped mix green vegitables
3 tsp of ghee
½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp mustered seeds,½ tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp biryani masala salt as per taste , Lemon juice
METHOD:- Soak lentils and rice in water for atleast 25 miniutes after wash and strain water.
Heat ghee in pan check with cuminseeds once it crackled put cumin seeds, musteredseeds and add all the vegitables. Put water and all the spices and cook in pressure cooker for 10 whistles, in case no pressure cooker cook them in a pot till they all become mixed well around 40 miniutes. Add lemon juice while serving.
Khichdi is ready.
HERBAL TEA
Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes  Makes  4 Cups. Cup size 170 ml.
INGREDIENTS:
§   2 Cups of water
§  2 Tsp of honey
§  1/2 Tsp of COOKING MASALA TEA MASALA
§  1/2 tsp lime or lemon juice
METHOD:
1.       Boil water and add 1/2 tsp tea masala
2.      Boil it for at least for 5 times or 3 miniutes.
3.      After add honey and lime juice. Filter it and Pour in Cups.
Ingredients of tea Masala
BLACK PEPPER, CLOVES, GREEN CARDAMOM,  CINNAMON,BLACK CARDAMOM, DRY GINGER POWDER, MACE.
Our Tea masala has anti Mucus ingredients.  Also Tea masala is very good in cold and cough problems.
